Cédric Ceulemans is a passionate social designer dedicated to the co-creation of solutions for people to live in harmony with nature. With extensive expertise in designing learning experience, and producing creative content, Cédric builds on over 10 years of experience in the field of education and information technologies. He thrives in facilitating a collaborative design process, guiding participants through brainstorming sessions that empower innovative thinking. A seasoned startup coach, he is committed to cultivating collaborative environments where individuals are inspired to break out of conventional boundaries. His work reflects a dedication to creating impactful, educational and sustainable solutions for a better world.

Aline Alonso believes that design serves as a potent tool to scaffold actions and relationships. She places equal value on the development process and outcomes, emphasising the significance of the journey as much as the end results. Aline's primary goal as a designer is to inspire, enable, and engage others.
Passionate about cultivating experiences, products, services, and organisational processes, she adopts a participatory and creative perspective. By integrating various fields of knowledge and employing design thinking methods, Aline strives to craft meaningful experiences for multiple stakeholders, including users, customers, clients, employees, and other actors.

Sonia is a designer and researcher specialising in co-creation projects for social impact. With a focus on engaging all stakeholders, she collaboratively develops sustainable and impactful solutions for societal challenges, especially in health, well-being and education. Having recently relocated back to the Netherlands after 11 years in the UK, Sonia has extensive experience in leading projects for clients such as Guy's & St. Thomas' charity, Healthy London Partnership, Lankelly Chase, the NHS, the National Trust, and the Soil Association. Sonia’s projects have a proactive approach which is centred on active listening, engaging storytelling, sparking imagination, and facilitating co-creation. Her ultimate goal is to equip others with the tools needed to drive positive change in the world.
